Neighborhood Vision

A 440-acre master planned mixed-use community. The first of its kind in Montana, Jerry Williams wanted to develop not just a development, but a community. While following the new Urbanism philosophy, Jerry has created pocket parks, linear parks, open space and wide tree-lined boulevards. As you drive through our neighborhood you will notice only front porches and doors that face the street while garages are entered into through the alley way or side entrance. You will also notice a variety of homes that entertain a broad spectrum of styles, sizes and price ranges. When completed Baxter Meadows will encompass not only fantastic homes, parks, trails, 100 acre-Regional Park, and YMCA but also a middle school and a commercial/town center. When completed this truly will be a community in which one can easily say, "My life just fits here."
